Keeping it short but just putting it out there not to shop at this place. The only pleasant one to deal with was Cherie the manager. All the rest, including the owner are dismissive, rude and have a it's not our problem attitude. If we could give less than a 1 star we would."

Save yourself the grief and headaches by not shopping here!We had wrong tiles and wrong fittings delivered, phone calls were never returned, we ordered extra items which never came and the customer service was appalling, we were constantly told there are only two of us and we are extremely busy.We decided against ordering extra items that we needed and had to wait 3 months for a refund.Strongly recommend that you go elsewhere!!

Always found this store and the staff really good and appreciated the service they have offered.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even after a written complaint, still absolutely terrible. Save yourself the grief... don't go there!!!

I would strongly advise against using this shop. My experience has been awful.First of all the customer service is appalling, had to constantly follow up on items, being told I would be called back which never happened. Then mistake after mistake was made, the wrong bath, the wrong tiles, the wrong quantity of tiles. After arriving home, I discovered I was 5 boxes short of the tiles ordered and paid for. Upon contacting the shop, I was advised they had made a mistake but wanted me to pay extra for the missing tiles despite the amount paid being correct against the amount ordered on the invoice and as per the amount quoted. I spoke to the owner who I found to be extremely rude and who basically laid out two options, pay for the missing tile or get a refund. Neither of which were satisfactory with an upcoming bathroom renovation scheduled in. I had to lodge a complaint with consumer protection.I ended up purchasing all my other products from another shop who were fantastic. So glad I took my business elsewhere in the end which resulted in this shop losing out on a sale of a few thousand dollars.
